PlacementHub is a platform operated by PlacementHub Solutions from Pune, Maharashtra, India. We connect students, colleges, and employers in one year-round system, so placements become the outcome of preparation, not a last-minute scramble.
Current stage
PlacementHub is an early-stage SaaS platform currently undergoing testing, pilot deployments, and validation with colleges, students, and employers. We are building a real product for campuses. We are not claiming a large installed base of customers, placements, or average packages until those figures can be independently verified.
What PlacementHub does
PlacementHub is the operating system for campus placements. Colleges use it to manage students, rules, calendars, and drives. Students use it to keep a live profile, apply for internships and jobs, and stay visible to recruiters. Employers use it to publish opportunities, evaluate candidates, and run hiring without losing campus context.
The platform is designed for continuous collaboration, not a two-week recruitment window. Internships, projects, hackathons, mentoring, assessments, and offers all sit on shared profiles, with college policy and reporting in the same place.
PlacementHub provides the technology. Unless we say otherwise, we are not the employer, the college, or the hiring authority for opportunities listed by third parties. We do not guarantee employment, salaries, or placement outcomes, and we do not process candidate salary payments.

Founder, PlacementHub Solutions
Sandeep Jain founded PlacementHub Solutions to give campuses a proper system for placements, internships, and industry engagement. He works from Pune, where the company is based at Que Spaces, Awfis in Magarpatta.
His starting point is simple: a placement drive is the last mile. Outcomes improve when profiles stay current, eligibility is applied fairly, internships and projects are counted, and employers can see the right students at the right time.
Too many campuses still run this work on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and last-minute coordination. PlacementHub exists to replace that scramble with one shared operating system.
